The base layer: supplements for common deficiencies

- Look at your diet and find what is systematically missing from your food.

A good stack is usually short: a few items, each with a reason you can state out loud. A long supplement list is almost always a sign of marketing rather than a thought-out strategy.

In summer, with enough sun, vitamin D may become unnecessary; once fish is a regular part of your diet, the omega-3 capsules may be too.
